What to expect

15-seater Sauna

A large, electric sauna designed for deep, consistent heat. Perfect to sweat, breathe and stretch out. It’s a space to slow down and be with yourself (or others) without pressure.

Outdoor Cold Plunges

Two outdoor ice baths set at different temperatures - cold, quick, and very alive. Step in, breathe through, and step out feeling sharper, calmer, and reset.

Lounge & wellness zone

Plenty of space to relax, read and sip delicious drinks both outside and inside for in-between or post-sauna sessions. We’ll be running wellness classes here too like yoga, sound baths & more.
